Requirements

• Some Hardware knowledge
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willingness to take on additional tasks and be a team player
• Must be able to lift 40lbs, take out the trash, clean where needed, and perform any other tasks that need to be completed
• Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Greet customers entering and leaving the store
• Proactively assist customers in solving problems
• Ensure all calls are answered promptly, courteously, and effectively
• Possess strong product knowledge and knowledge of store layout and location of products
• Build rapport with customers and work to ensure they receive excellent service
• Handle instances of customer dissatisfaction and specific customer complaints reasonably, promptly, and effectively and recommend adjustments to management
• Assist in creating a positive, professional, and safe work environment
• Assist with receiving, checking in, and stocking merchandise throughout the store
• Assist with providing a clean and orderly sales floor, including end caps and ad merchandise
• Assist with merchandise resets through the store
• Ensure signage is current throughout the store
• Participate in store meetings
• Be professional in appearance and actions
• Maintain a neat, clean updated front counter
• Be a self-starter, quick learner, and team player with strong communication skills
