About The Position
Groundhog Landscaping, one of southern New Hampshire's largest full-service landscape companies, is looking for a full-time Hardscape Construction Crew Member to join our team in Derry, NH. In this full-time role, you'll enjoy competitive pay ranging from $22 - $24 per hour, plus generous benefits, such as: Health, dental, and vision insurance Growth opportunities Company parties A new, updated company vehicle (only available during working hours) Uniforms Paychecks every Friday with the option for direct deposit You'll work a consistent Monday to Friday schedule from 7 AM to 5 PM, giving you your evenings and weekends free. Overtime is available if you want to maximize your earnings. Requirements
- Experience in hardscaping or landscaping
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Assisting in the installation of hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living areas.
- Follow project plans
- Operate hand and power tools and equipment
- Prepare and grade sites
- Lay pavers and stones with precision
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and client satisfaction.
- Communication and teamwork with your fellow crew members, supervisors, and clients
