Hardgoods Sales
About The Position
As a hardgoods sales associate, you will be the main point of contact for Echter's customers. You will have an opportunity to share your knowledge and passion for gardening with fellow Coloradans wishing to add more beauty into their lives. The most essential responsibility of this position will be providing exceptional customer service and guiding shoppers through garden product selection. You will learn the ins and outs of fertilizers, soils, garden décor, patio furniture, tools and much more. Hardgoods sales associates will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure products are priced and stocked to the retail floor.
Requirements
- Prior customer service experience
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Able to lift 40 lbs. or more
- Able to work Saturdays & Sundays when necessary
