About The Position

Boddie-Noell is hiring exceptional Restaurant Breakfast Managers who are passionate about making a difference for guests and team members. The position involves managing and motivating team members through positive leadership, striving to exceed company standards in service, food quality, safety, and cleanliness. The Breakfast Manager will supervise operations during the breakfast shift, assist in achieving sales growth, and maintain high standards of quality and cleanliness while focusing on profitability.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Must meet physical demands required of the role.
  • Must have 1 year of shift management experience.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
  • Preferably have a valid driver's license.
  • Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Consistent and reliable with a cheerful and positive attitude.
  • Values teamwork and loves serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the breakfast shift according to company standards.
  • Ensure all breakfast equipment is cleaned and properly maintained.
  • Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew.
  • Provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
  • Assist with crew member duties as needed.
  • Conduct crew team meetings to discuss operations, promotions, safety, and training.
  • Maintain an adequate supply of all products necessary to operate the restaurant.
  • Control inventory to meet company Food Cost Variance standards.
  • Maintain reports and records based on company standards and regulations.
  • Ensure adherence to cash procedures and manage cash responsibilities.
  • Assist with scheduling sufficient staff to operate the restaurant.
  • Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
  • Assist in interviewing and hiring qualified staff.
  • Assist with lunch shift if business needs require.
  • Ensure personal appearance meets company standards.
  • Recognize and adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
