Tilson is seeking CDL Class A Laborers who are responsible for aiding daily operations at our construction sites. This position will operate various types of Tilson vehicles including 1 ½, 2- and 5-ton pickups as well as hydrovac trucks. Candidate will be driving 10-15 percent of the workday depending on the daily needs determined by workload and task. Tilson drivers are required to assist with various other tasks while not driving included but not limited to help hydro excavate, backfill holes, restoration and install various other fiber products. They will load and unload tools, raw materials, or pieces of equipment and dig or fill in pits throughout the construction process. The ideal candidate will be safety focused, customer and quality oriented, with a strong work ethic and a positive, CAN-DO attitude. Our hard surface restoration crew will support and work hand in hand with our underground construction crews to restore/remove/replace damaged sidewalk panels, concrete driveways, asphalt roadways and other similar hard surface work in residential and commercial neighborhoods where the company does work. Tilson is seeking applicants who have skills in performing concrete laboring in flat work, asphalt repair and concrete restoration of sidewalks, curbs, and other similar structures.
