Documentation : Complete all job-related paperwork accurately and on time. Mentorship : Train team members on equipment operation and inspection techniques. Process Improvement : Identify ways to standardize operations, reduce costs, and enhance safety. Workstation Maintenance : Keep your workspace clean, organized, and safe.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in machining.
- Strong math skills, knowledge of safety practices, and ability to read blueprints.
- Capable of standing, walking, and handling materials up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
