The Harcum Recruitment Specialist is responsible for implementing excellent customer services skills to support clients with post-secondary education at Harcum College at Congreso, including financial aid processing, registration and enrollment assistance, and light case management. For the recruitment portion of this position, the Harcum College Recruitment & Support Specialist will network with internal and external partners to attract qualified candidates, conduct informational interviews and orientation sessions, facilitate financial literacy workshops and other training sessions as well as create program-related marketing materials. Additionally, this position works with prospective clients to collect necessary documentation and complete all required forms to ensure enrollment in the program. Finally, this position provides light case management to students while attending classes to overcome any barriers that may hinder their success. This position reports to the Adult Education Services Manager. This is an onsite position.
