About The Position

Join the Oregon Department of Land Conservation and Development (DLCD) as an Administrative Specialist (AS 2) in the Housing Accountability and Production Office (HAPO). The responsibilities of this first-of-its-kind office are related to accountability and coordination in addressing regulatory and policy barriers as well as financial resources to advance housing production, affordability and choice. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the HAPO's administrative and operational support. This position will have a pivotal role in supporting, establishing and maintaining procedures and controls for HAPO's initiatives that advance housing production in partnership with developers, the State, and local governments. The person in this position will advance the department's commitment to facilitating increased housing production, affordability, and choice as well as Governor Kotek's housing initiatives to produce 36,000 units of housing per year for the next ten years.
