About The Position

ProSidian Seeks a Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator [DOE0020019] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent generally located across the CONUS - Richland, Washington Across The Pacific Northwest Region supporting DOE EM Hanford which is a Federal, regulated, high-stakes nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance. We seek Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator [DOE0020019] candidates with relevant Environmental Management Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - General Support Services (GSS) For Hanford Field Office (HFO) Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 5–8+ years of experience in communications/public affairs; DOE experience helpful.
  • Proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in the Environmental Management Sector.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement and public affairs.
  • Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide services and support as a Hanford Advisory Board Operations and Library Management Coordinator.
  • Public affairs, stakeholder engagement, fact sheets, HAB coordination.
  • Provide Administrative Support, Communications, Public Affairs and Stakeholder Relations.
  • Develop stakeholder briefings tied to milestones.
  • Assist program and project management support in daily business activities.
