About The Position

As a Maintenance Personnel, you will be responsible for maintaining facilities and ensuring all equipment, guestrooms, and public areas are in safe and proper working condition. (Intermediate level）

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• English & Spanish

Nice To Haves

• Previous hotel or building maintenance experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs in guestrooms and public areas (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fixtures, etc.)
• Inspecting facilities regularly to identify and prevent potential issues
• Repairing or replacing damaged furniture, appliances, and equipment
• Maintaining tools, equipment, and maintenance storage areas in an organized and safe manner
• Following all safety procedures and company standards
• Assisting with preventive maintenance tasks as assigned by the Manager
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Ability to perform job duties with attention to detail, accuracy, and efficiency
• Ability to perform frequent physical activities, including bending, kneeling, climbing, and stooping
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull moderate to heavy weight
• Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely
• Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and meet deadlines
• Basic English comprehension sufficient to understand work orders, safety instructions, and simple communication
