Requirements

Proven experience as a handyman or in general maintenance roles.
Skilled in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, light electrical and HVAC work,
Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems efficiently.
Effective communication skills, professional attitude and a team-oriented approach.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Flexibility in hours, this could be a part time to full time position.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, golf course facilities, and equipment.
Handle plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and misc. repairs as needed.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and identify potential issues before they become problems
Maintain inventory of tools, supplies, and equipment, and communicate needs to management.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Collaborate with other staff members to support smooth course and facility operations.
