Chapel Hills/Mirror Lake is hiring for a Handyman. Primary responsibilities include: Perform general maintenance and repairs on property. Install fixtures such as light fixtures, ceiling fans, and appliances. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Communicate effectively.

Requirements

• Ability to perform basic repairs and operate tools or equipment used in routine maintenance.
• Sense of urgency for pertinent matters.
• Knowledge of chemical safety.
• Customer service oriented.
• Prolonged periods standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
