About The Position

Primetone is a fast-growing company in the property restoration, maintenance, and renovation industry, and we are seeking a skilled and dependable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to join our expanding team. This position supports a wide range of services, including restoration emergency services, apartment renovations, monthly hallway and common-area painting, CAPEX projects, turf replacement and installation, flooring and carpet installation, window installation and waterproofing, glass and shower door replacement, concrete maintenance, carpentry, reglazing, HVAC-related work, and general handyman services. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple project types while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards. Requirements

Proven experience in handyman, maintenance, or construction-related work
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of tools, materials, and safety practices
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license preferred
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Previous experience as a handyman / general maintenance
Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA)
Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Must be qualified to perform at heights above thirty (30) feet with the use of a ladder, lift, or bucket truck boom
Ability to lift 40+ lbs on a consistent basis
