Requirements
- Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance technician, or similar role
- Knowledge of tools, materials, and general repair techniques
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Reliable transportation to multiple job sites
- Ability to lift materials and work in various environments (indoors/outdoors, ladders, light heights)

- Experience with commercial maintenance or construction projects
Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, and painting work
- Troubleshoot and repair basic mechanical or structural issues
- Complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
