About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of handyman experience in multiple repair areas.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised.
• Excellent professional communication skills.
• Proven troubleshooting and technical skills.
• Fluent in English and authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with welding and commercial painting.
• Knowledge of asphalt and concrete repair/patching.
• Familiarity with light electrical work and plumbing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform various handyman tasks including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring installation.
• Travel to job sites using a company vehicle, starting and ending from home each day.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and the company vehicle.
