About The Position

Become a Tru-Pro® Technician with TruBlue Home Service Ally of North West Austin - Serving Lakeway, Steiner, Four Points & Cedar Park. TruBlue Home Service Ally® is a premium handyman and home maintenance company committed to helping homeowners—especially busy families and seniors—live worry-free. We provide top-tier handyman services, home assessments, safety modifications, and routine maintenance through bonded, insured, and background-checked technicians. We are searching for a reliable home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community. We want to hear from you if you have five or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of handyman or home maintenance experience
• Strong skills in carpentry, drywall, plumbing, and painting
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Fluent English and ability to legally work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Friendly, professional demeanor and strong work ethic
• Standard tools (speciality tools provided by Company)

Nice To Haves

• Certifications such as OSHA 10, CAPS, or Age Safe America are highly valued
• Willingness to complete certification if not already obtained

Responsibilities

• Provide general home services to customers in the community
• Perform home safety modifications (grab bars, ramps, etc.)
• Conduct bathroom upgrades and minor remodels
• Repair drywall, patching, and caulking
• Repair and install flooring
• Handle trim, frame, and general carpentry
• Conduct kitchen repairs and light remodel work
• Perform minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Paint interiors and exteriors
• Complete general to-do list and seasonal maintenance
