About The Position

TruBlue of NE Bergen County is a Home Ally Service company dedicated to providing premium handyman services with bonded and insured technicians, giving our customers peace of mind. Our mission is to help people maintain the safety and value of their homes by offering handyman services, home assessments, and regular maintenance. We are searching for an entry-level yet reliable and coachable home service technician assistant (handyman / handywoman) to provide handyman support and general home services to our customers in our community area.

Requirements

• Hard-working and punctual
• Respectful demeanor
• Interest in miscellaneous around-the-house repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle
• Legal citizen of the US
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Provide handyman support and general home services to customers
• Perform bathroom upgrades and remodels
• Conduct drywall repair, patching, and caulking
• Assist with flooring repair and installation
• Carry out general carpentry tasks
• Handle general home repairs and handyman work
• Support kitchen repair and remodel
• Assist with minor plumbing and electrical tasks
• Paint interior and exterior surfaces
