Your familiarity with tools, construction materials, and basic construction common sense will be essential in mastering the Surface Experts process. Requirements

Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby.
An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do.

Nice To Haves

Experience working in facilities maintenance can be a big plus, but is not required.

Responsibilities

Complete 4 or more creative repairs on-site each day while providing strong customer service and communication, and problem-solving in a variety of environments, including apartments, hotels, moving sites, and construction sites.
Learn and integrate our unique 5-step repair process, master each tool in your personalized toolkit, and apply your artistic problem-solving skills to create a unique solution for every repair.
