Our Story: Flamingo is an all-in-one resident engagement mobile app. We provide premium services to luxury residential apartment buildings including resident events, fitness classes, and concierge services, including furniture assembly, heavy lifting, and handy services. We are looking for professionals to provide exceptional handy services to our customers!
Requirements
- Experience providing handy services
- Flexible availability during the week and/or weekends
- Possess a sense of urgency, drive for results, and initiative
- Exceptional attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Able to provide the following types of services: Furniture Assembly, Heavy Lifting, and other handy services as needed
- Be the face of Flamingo and deliver the best EXPERIENCE by being professional
- Arrive on time to each appointment
- Adhere to strict safety practices, promote awareness and maintaining a neat and safe work area
- Ability to inspect and assemble large volumes of furniture.
- Provide your own tools for each appointment,such as a cordless drill, a screwdriver, screws, nails, hammer, and any other tools as needed
- Able to work with minimal supervision and have reliable transportation
- Provide feedback to provide a better experience
- Must have access to email and phone communication
- Must be able to complete the check-in within our mobile app after each appointment
