About The Position

If you’re passionate about technology, enjoy problem-solving, and love getting your hands dirty building the future — this role is for you. 🔧 What You’ll Do Production & Assembly Assemble harnesses, cables, and connectors for self-driving robots. Install and replace sensors including LiDAR, cameras, and ultrasonic systems. Maintenance & Repairs Perform regular maintenance and repairs on robot fleets. Diagnose breakdowns, investigate incidents, and execute service campaigns. Test and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components — from suspensions to batteries. Field Support Travel locally to support robot operations in the field. Assist with prototyping, testing, and managing inventory. Requirements

  • Experience in automotive or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret 2D mechanical drawings.
  • Comfortable with hand tools, multimeters, and power equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (past 12 months).
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in dynamic environments.

Nice To Haves

  • Soldering skills.
  • Background in automotive service or dealership environments.
  • Advanced computer literacy.
