Work safely and observe all plant safety, GMP, and food safety rules. Responsible for safe food handling of ingredients required to produce specific sauce products. Such handling includes but is not limited to receiving raw ingredients, opening containers, inspection of ingredients, and verification to standards for mixing of required ingredients. This position will physically handle, lift, unload, pour, bend, stoop, squat, stand and sit in the day to day routine of duties. The position shall also be responsible for cleaning the work area and operation of various processing machines and equipment. Must be able to also verify receipts, ingredient lists read and follow standard guidelines and maintain simple records.
