About The Position

We are hiring a Shipping Distribution Handler to join our Shipping team! DISCOVER Are you a safety focused, detail oriented, forklift certified professional? As a Shipping Distribution Handler, you will work outdoors in our shipping yard, where you will pull loads based on a loading manifest from the Dealer Support department, then stack and prepare spas for shipping. You’ll also be responsible for using a scanner to ensure that all parts, covers, and spas are present, in good condition, and ready for loading. YOUR RIPPLE EFFECT •Can you drive a forklift? You will be responsible for loading shipments safely and efficiently in dry vans, flatbeds, ocean containers, etc. •Are you quality focused? You’ll ensure that all parts, covers, and spas are loaded correctly and in good condition. We’ll rely on you to conduct container inspections prior to shipping. •Are you detailed? You will be responsible for the accuracy of shipments as well as the care of finished goods. •Are you a team player? You may assist in various areas of production as needed. Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • 1 year forklift experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Basic computer knowledge.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write in English.

Nice To Haves

  • ERP or TMS system experience a plus.
  • Ability to speak Spanish a plus.
