Schedule will be discussed further during the interview. Requirements

Licensed in NYS as an Occupational Therapist
Excellent work ethic and dedication to patient success
Basic computer skills
CPR and first aid certification required
Open to new grads, MUST have level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy
Level 2 fieldwork experience in hand therapy, some continuing education courses, and 1 year of experience in outpatient orthopedics and hand therapy as a licensed OT preferred or CHT eligible (accumulated 4000 hours of hand therapy experience and 3 year of experience) waiting to sit for boards
Must have familiarity with all HTCC-described conditions related to the Hand Therapy discipline and their corresponding anatomy.

Responsibilities

Reviewing patient medical history and developing individualized treatment plans
Diagnosing patients by observing movements and listening to concerns
Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and manual therapy to manage pain and improve mobility
Recording patient progress and modifying treatment plans as needed
