Must be able to understand Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and when appropriate, participate in modification of SOP to improve productivity and quality of product Experienced in hand spraying materials using a steady and even motion Quality driven Knowledgeable of hand spraying equipment and the necessary techniques required to operate and adjust equipment Ability to measure quantities of ingredients to match a standard board Occasionally will be required to lift approximately 20 to 30 lbs. of product Additional duties required: Follow safety procedures in handling stain Wear required PPE: Respirator, safety glasses, gloves, arm sleeves, face shield when required, hearing protection if required in work area and others as required Assist in other work areas as needed All other duties, as required ________________________________________________________________________________ Work Environment & Physical Demands - The work environment characteristics and physical demands described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
