We’re hiring a skilled Certified Hand Therapist (Occupational Therapist) to join our comprehensive rehabilitation and therapy team at a leading acute care hospital in Miami. This role focuses on treating upper extremity injuries in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (minimum required)
Active Florida Occupational Therapy License (required)
BLS Certification (required)
Minimum 1–2 years of direct hand therapy experience (required)

Nice To Haves

CHT certification preferred (or willing to obtain if eligible)

Responsibilities

Evaluate, plan, and administer occupational therapy interventions for patients with upper extremity conditions
Apply evidence-based practices to restore function, relieve pain, and improve mobility
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
Supervise and delegate responsibilities to therapy assistants and support staff
Participate in performance improvement initiatives and infection control procedures
Provide age-specific care across the lifespan (pediatric to geriatric)
