Areas of Focus (including but not limited to): Provide extraordinary customer service during all volume styles of business Bringing salesmanship opportunities to each guest interaction Being a "menu expert" and being able to educate guests on our bar and food menus effectively Manage cash and credit transactions with precision, ensuring all items are accurately entered into the point-of-sale (POS) system and charged correctly Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol Building cocktails to spec with notable time management Assist with maintaining a clean and well-stocked area during service Contributing to prep while monitoring waste and product management Completing checklists to ensure all food and beverage safety compliances If you’re passionate about food, driven to provide exceptional service, and excited to be part of a dynamic team, we’d love to hear from you! Requirements

Minimum of 1 year current bartending experience in a high-volume restaurant/bar
Strong organizational skills to manage the needs of the restaurant
Detailed oriented
Having a positive, welcoming, and upbeat attitude
Must be, or willing to be, TIPS certified (or equivalent), with a strong understanding of responsible alcohol service and compliance with local regulations
Communication skills to inspire and motivate consistency and excellence
Strong believe in professional and ethical approach to guest services

Responsibilities
