About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of hotel experience, with at least 1 year as a General Manager or 2 years as Assistant General Manager.
  • Proven success with Hilton brands, preferably Hampton Inn.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, forecasting, and P&L performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field (preferred).
