About The Position
The Front Office Agent is responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests during check-in, throughout their stay, and at checkout, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Hourly wage ranges from $18 to $18.50. We also cross train for other positions in the hotel, for more flexibility. We also cross train for laundry and house person position.
