About The Position

Join Hallmark as a part time Field Merchandiser! In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate on new store installations, remodels, and seasonal resets—removing product, assembling fixtures, and creating eye-catching displays. You’ll also work independently to maintain inventory and optimize product placement in assigned stores. This position requires strong organization, time management, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Physical tasks such as lifting and assembling fixtures are part of the job. Schedules are provided in advance, and occasional travel will be required. Be the face of Hallmark and help bring our products to life in retail spaces!

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Perform service work in the Hallmark department of various retail stores such as grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers.
• Restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department utilizing a mobile device provided by Hallmark.
• Professional and courteous interaction with store employees, management, and customers.
• Responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.
• Be part of a team responsible for installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.
• Support other team members as needed in their territories.
