As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to demonstrate your organizational and time management skills, build retailer relationships, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and manage inventory. Support for seasonal resets and installations will be required, and occasionally you may work with products from other companies in the stores you service. Your role involves performing service work in Hallmark departments within various retail environments, including grocery stores, drug stores, department stores, and mass retailers. Key components of the role include day-to-day engagement using a mobile device for restocking, organizing, and monitoring inventory, as well as communication and reporting. You will also provide holiday support, which involves additional hours around major holidays, and participate in department resets, including building fixtures and relocating products. Furthermore, you will be part of a network of merchandisers supporting team members in other territories as needed.
