As a Field Merchandiser, you will work independently to manage your time and organization, build relationships with retailers, and represent Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement and maintain inventory. Additionally, you will support team members with seasonal resets and installations as needed, and occasionally work with products from other companies in the stores you service. Your role involves performing service work in Hallmark departments within various retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. The position has three main components: day-to-day engagement, holiday support, and department resets. You will be part of Hallmark's field organization, a network of merchandising professionals who support each other across territories.
