About The Position
The Hall Monitor will provide clerical support, disciplinary support, and staff support to assigned personnel and provide information and/or direction as it may be requested. Requirements
- 48 hours of college coursework from an accredited college or university
- Pass Spring Independent School District's NCLB test in the area of Reading, Writing, and Mathematics (Tests are administered after the recommendation for hire)
- Educational Aide II Certificate (or be willing to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- One+ years job related experience
- Associate's Degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Responsibilities
- Assist with document preparation as needed
- Assist with student management in and around campus common areas
- Participate in staff development and faculty meetings as assigned
- Monitor halls during the school day
- Lunchroom and bus duty
- Provide disciplinary support for students and teachers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
