About The Position

We’re a busy, high-traffic salon with steady walk-in guests every day, and we’re hiring licensed Hair Stylists who want consistent income, strong earning potential, and a supportive team. Stylists are paid the higher of $12/hour or 35% of all service sales. That means you’re always protected by an hourly base, but when you’re busy and productive, your pay automatically increases. On slower days, your hourly pay guarantees stability. On busy days, your commission takes over—so the more you work, the more you earn. There’s no cap on your income, and no risk of earning less when the salon is busy. In a high-volume salon like ours, this pay structure rewards productivity and skill. Stylists who stay booked consistently earn well above hourly pay, especially during peak times, weekends, and high-traffic shifts. Retail commission is also available on top of service pay, adding even more earning potential. What you’ll do: provide quality haircuts and services, deliver a great guest experience, recommend products when appropriate, maintain a clean and professional station, and work as part of a reliable, team-focused salon. What we’re looking for: an active cosmetology license, professionalism, reliability, a positive attitude, and a strong customer service mindset. Evening and weekend availability is preferred.
