Requirements

Licensed Hairstylist with a valid state license (required).
Experience: We welcome both new and experienced stylists . For experienced stylists, we have advanced career opportunities and higher earning potential.
Passion for Client Care: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and building lasting relationships with clients.
Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients and team members effectively.
Professionalism: Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance and adhere to salon standards.

Responsibilities

Client Consultations & Services: Perform haircuts, color treatments, styling, and other services based on clients' individual needs and preferences.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain a loyal client base by offering personalized services, expert advice, and creating a positive, welcoming atmosphere.
Sales & Product Knowledge: Recommend hair products and services to clients, ensuring they leave with everything they need to maintain their look.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside other stylists, salon staff, and management to ensure a smooth, high-quality client experience.
Education & Growth: Participate in our ongoing training programs, staying up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and salon services.
