• Basic understanding of retail math for effective inventory management.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with salon software, particularly Square is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair styling services including cuts, color treatments, and hair threading.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tools and workstations in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize salon software such as Square for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on hair care products and services.
• Assist in store management tasks, including inventory control and retail math to ensure product availability.
• Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and follow-up communication.
