Hair Transplant Technician - Parsippany
About The Position
ENT and Allergy Associates, New York & New Jersey's premier ENT and Allergy medical practice, is seeking a self-motivated, people-friendly per-diem Follicular Unit Hair Transplant Technician for our Parsippany office. Join our Facial Plastic Surgeon Dr. Agata Brys in delivering natural, high-quality results for our patients. She is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Follicular Unit Hair Transplant Technician to assist with hair restoration procedures on a per diem basis. Hourly: Competitive hourly rate based on experience ($35-$75/hour) Please note that this position does not include employee benefits, and scheduling will be based on clinic need and availability. ENT and Allergy Associates, LLP is the largest and most comprehensive ear, nose, throat, allergy and audiology practice in the nation with over 60 offices and over 300 clinicians. Each ENT and Allergy Associates clinical location provides access to a full complement of services, including General Adult and Pediatric ENT, Voice and Swallowing, Facial Plastics and Reconstructive Surgery, Disorders of the Inner Ear and Dizziness, Asthma, Clinical Immunology, Diagnostic Audiology, Hearing Aid dispensing, Sleep and CT Services. ENTA has a clinical alliance with The Mount Sinai Hospital for the treatment of diseases of the head and neck and esophageal cancer and a partnership with the American Cancer Society to educate and treat patients with smoking disorders and cancer. Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Follicular Unit Hair Restoration required
- Strong knowledge of graft dissection, extraction, and placement
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Nice To Haves
- Certification in medical assisting or surgical tech (preferred but not required)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and organize surgical equipment and workspace
- Assist physician with Follicular Unit hair harvest, graft creation, and implantation
- Dissect and handle grafts with precision under microscope
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow all safety protocols
- Provide post-operative patient care guidance as needed
- Ensure accurate graft counts and documentation
