About the position

At HairClub, we are passionate about providing exceptional service and creating a positive experience for our clients. As a Hair Stylist, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity while working in a supportive environment. Our stylists work in private rooms to ensure the discretion of our members, and we offer a structured schedule with salon hours from Tuesday to Saturday, closed on Sundays and Mondays. You will receive paid training on our solutions, products, and techniques, and you will have the chance to grow through our stylist leveling program. With a focus on building professional relationships and providing outstanding member service, you will play a vital role in making a lasting impact on the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, consult, and educate clients regarding hair care and products.
• Utilize persuasive selling techniques to encourage clients.
• Provide exceptional member service and maintain a professional image.

Requirements

• Current active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Skilled in analyzing and consulting on hair care.
• Ability to work under time constraints and pressure.
