About The Position
At HairClub, we are passionate about our work and want you to share that passion! We offer a competitive base pay of $19.00 per hour, along with uncapped styling and retail commissions, commissions on upselling solutions, and tips for excellent service. Our typical average annual earning potential ranges from $45,000 to $50,000, with top performers earning over $50,000. You will not need to build your clientele as it is already established. We provide paid training on our solutions, products, and techniques, as well as health, dental, life, and disability insurance. Additionally, we offer a company-matching 401K after one year of employment (50% match up to 6%). Enjoy paid vacation days, paid holidays, and personal days, along with a set schedule from Tuesday to Saturday, as we are closed on Sundays and Mondays. Our stylists work in private rooms to ensure the discretion of our members, and there are plenty of opportunities for growth through our stylist leveling program.
