About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!! Join our fast-growing team with two thriving locations in Reston and Fairfax! We're seeking talented, experienced stylists to grow with us. We offer up to 40 hours per week for stylists available to work at both locations, with weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) required. Successful hires will have the opportunity to compete for a future manager position at our Fairfax salon. We prioritize stylists with previous Great Clips experience who can deliver quality haircuts in 14 minutes. Come work in a fast-paced, fun, supportive environment. You will love being on our team!

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Passion for building connections with customers
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
