About The Position

We are looking for a few happy energetic stylists and barbers to join our fun team. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the minute they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! Sharkey's Cuts for Kids has been in business for 20+ years with over 200+ locations nationwide. As a premier provider of kid haircuts, Sharkey's Cuts for Kids brings fun, excitement and expertise to the industry. Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable fun and exciting haircut experience for all of our clients and their families. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction. Provide full salon services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and styling.

Requirements

Must have active cosmetology or barber license.
Must be able to work weekends.
Holiday hours will soon be available during the week as well, which could lead to becoming a permanent stylist!

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional client experience.
Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service.
Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs.
Ability to work with kids.
Maintain cleanliness of the salon.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere.
