About The Position
Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids is hiring a Licensed Hair Stylist to work in a children’s hair salon serving kids and families. This part-time hair stylist position is ideal for cosmetologists or barbers looking for steady hours, weekly pay, tips, and no late nights in a positive salon environment.
Requirements
- Active Georgia Cosmetology License or Barber License (Required)
- Minimum 1 year hair stylist or salon experience
- Weekend availability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and families
- Positive, professional, and reliable attitude
Responsibilities
- Provide professional kids’ haircuts and styling services
- Deliver excellent customer service to children and parents
- Perform haircutting, shampooing, blow-drying, and basic styling
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced salon environment
- Communicate clearly to ensure client satisfaction
