About The Position
Sharkey's Cuts for Kids - Rockwall is looking for a strong children's hair stylist for steady shifts covering 30-40 hours per week to join our high performing team. Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids - Rockwall is a salon for kids ages 0-14. We’re on a mission to WOW our clients from the moment they arrive. Smiles and a positive attitude are a must, and we treat all our team members like family! KEY POINTS Pay $26 - $40+/hour including tips during our steady weekends One of the Top performing Sharkey's Cuts for Kids in the country We respect your scheduling needs Get tips immediately Fun environment Supportive ownership Must have an active Texas Cosmetology or barber license At least ONE YEAR of stylist experience Kids hair cutting experience is a plus!!! Flex scheduling opportunities as needed Opportunities to add shifts to holidays or other high-demand days HAIR STYLIST RESPONSIBILITIES Provide exceptional client experience. Listen and communicate clearly with clients to deliver the highest level of service. Educate clients on retail products that are best suited for their needs. Ability to work with kids. Maintain cleanliness of the salon. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced atmosphere. Requirements
- Must have an active Texas Cosmetology or barber license
- At least ONE YEAR of stylist experience

- Kids hair cutting experience is a plus!!!
