St Julien Hotel & Spa is looking for a passionate Hair Stylist to join our talented Salon team in providing services such as haircuts, coloring, and styling while ensuring that all guests have enjoyed a satisfying and relaxing visit to the Spa!

Requirements

• Must be licensed in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience required. Previous experience working in a luxury spa highly preferred.
• Must have flexible availability and be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum 2-3 shift availability per week required with at least 1 shift falling on Fri/Sat/Sun.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with, and knowledge of, Wella & Oribe products is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Review and complete all opening/closing procedures and daily individual responsibilities.
• Consult with each guest to gain information about their desired final look and style preferences (length of hair, layers, color, etc.).
• Perform all services in accordance with current established protocol.
• Ensure that service is timed properly so that guest can be on time to other Spa/Salon treatment(s).
• Possess excellent knowledge of hair products in order to make informed and appropriate recommendations to guests.
• Possesses excellent knowledge of St Julien Hotel & Spa to be able to answer guest inquiries.
• Clean station and shampoo bowl after each appointment; keep area stocked and prepared for the next stylist and/or service.
• Perform according to company objectives regarding sales, and work to build customer retention and repeat client requests.
• Other duties as requested by manager.
