About The Position

Join a locally owned Great Clips® salon, the world's largest salon brand, and be one of the GREATS! Whether you're new to the industry or have years behind the chair…great opportunities await!! Quo Clips LLC owns/operates 8 Great Clips salons in Central Arkansas (Russellville, Conway Commons, Chenal Commons and Riverdale Center in LR, Searcy, Hot Springs, Jacksonville). Starting pay for full time is $15.00 with an average effective wage of over $21/hour (Average $35K - $45K). Full and part-time positions are available with flexible scheduling, paid training, paid holidays, PTO, Healthcare, Dental, Vision, and 401k.

Requirements

• Cosmetology License and/or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state/province).
• Passion for building genuine connections with customers.
• Desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teammates.
