Shear Excellence is a family-owned and operated upscale men's hair salon that has been serving the Charlotte area for over a decade. With flagship locations in Dilworth and expansions in Ballantyne, Southpark, and Huntersville, we pride ourselves on providing precision men's haircuts and a variety of grooming services including beard facials, traditional straight razor shaves, and beard trims. Our salon is designed to create a welcoming and professional environment where stylists can thrive and develop their skills. We are currently seeking talented hair stylists who are passionate about their craft and can deliver high-quality haircuts.
