About The Position

You will work in private rooms, ensuring discretion for our clients, and you will have a set schedule with salon hours from Tuesday to Saturday, giving you a balanced work-life experience. We offer a comprehensive training program on our solutions, products, and techniques to help you succeed in your role. With a focus on growth, you will have the chance to advance through our Stylist Leveling Program and make a lasting impact on the lives of others through our HairClub Cares and HairClub for Kids programs.

Requirements

• Current active cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Skilled at analyzing and consulting on hair care.
• Ability to educate clients on hair care products.
• Strong persuasive selling techniques.
• Exceptional focus on member experience.
