About The Position
At HK Salon Group's Supercuts, we are looking for passionate and skilled hair stylists to join our team. Our salon is dedicated to keeping our team up to date with the latest trends in haircuts, coloring, and styling techniques. Whether you are a seasoned stylist or still in cosmetology school, we welcome you to apply and grow with us. For those still in cosmetology school, you can start gaining valuable experience as soon as you reach 500 hours. This allows you to perform essential services such as shampoos and blow-drys while attending our exclusive Hair Stylist Academy training. This unique opportunity is available in Massachusetts, provided your cosmetology program approves. We offer a range of benefits and incentives to ensure our stylists feel valued and supported. Our ongoing education is extensive and completely free for our stylists, who are paid to attend training sessions. Unlike many salons, we do not require our stylists to assist others; you will work as a stylist right from the start, allowing you to build your experience and clientele. With a steady flow of walk-in clients, you can focus on what you do best—providing exceptional hair services. Our compensation is competitive, with the potential to earn up to $35 per hour, along with comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance.
