About The Position

As a stylist at Great Clips, you will enjoy a steady flow of customers with no current clientele required. We offer guaranteed hourly wages and tips, with base wages starting at $14 for part-time, $15 for full-time restricted, and $17 for full-time flexible positions. Stylists can also earn product commissions on top of their wages, and tip averages are around $6 per customer. We provide paid training to ensure you are well-prepared to deliver the best service possible. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a full benefits package for full-time stylists and a partial package for part-time stylists.
