We are seeking a passionate and talented Licensed Cosmetologist/Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hair styling and a desire to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology license of the state.
• Proficient in various hair services including cutting, coloring, chemical treatments, and styling techniques.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple clients effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Experience with modern and advanced styling techniques.
• Familiarity with a variety of hair textures and ethnic hair care.

Responsibilities

• Provide a wide range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, treatments, and chemical services.
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles, cuts, and treatments.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools, workstations, and salon areas in compliance with state board regulations.
• Keep up with industry trends, techniques, and products to provide clients with cutting-edge services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell salon products, treatments, and services.
• Attend and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills.
• Collaborate with fellow stylists and salon staff to create a welcoming and professional atmosphere.
• Adhere to all salon policies, including health and safety guidelines.
