About The Position
Join a locally owned Great Clips salon team and jump-start your career in cosmetology or barbering. This position is ideal for cosmetology students looking for part-time work in a salon. The salon offers paid apprenticeship training under a master stylist, and the hours worked can count toward your cosmetology hours, allowing you to take the exam sooner. Once trained in cutting and working on the floor, you will earn a guaranteed $17 an hour, with potential for more once fully trained. Additionally, you will have opportunities for bonus productivity and monthly bonuses, with tips paid out daily.
